Is DCR important for the shunted Inductors on your published schematic?
I have 15/16g inductors plus the Fe-core but thinking about Solen litz on the series inductors

Build it with what you have.  16AWG for the 2.0 and 0.15mH is fine.  You do not need Litz for the series inductors, save your money.
